The Annie Award is animation’s highest honor and for one night, the entire industry gathers to celebrate the best of the best. Since 1972 the Annie Awards the event has honored a lifetime achievement award for career contributions in animation. Today, the award recognizes excellence in Animated Feature, Animated Feature-Independent, TV/Media Production, Sponsored Production, Short Subject, and Student Films, along with Achievement and Honorary awards. It stands out as one of animation’s most coveted prizes and most glamorous events. The deadline for U.S. submissions ix October 30, 2024.
