Festival Stop Motion Montréal is the world’s first festival dedicated to showcasing films animated exclusively using stop-motion techniques. This year marks the 12^th edition, which will run from September 14 – 20. In addition to the traditional film screenings and lectures, the event offers professional workshops the week prior to the official launch of the festivities, September 14 -17.

The 2020 call for entries is now open and submissions are free.  The deadline for all entries is June 30, 2020. More information about the short film competition and how to submit your work is available here.
