I recently came to terms with the future of my thesis film for school. I was going to do a film with 4 animals, but the story structure wasn't working out, so I'm doing one about an arctic mountain climber instead.
I've attached a rotation (3/4 views not here)
and a 9 panel chart of color ideas for the suit.
I'd just like to hear thoughts if you have any.
If you have a thought on a color, please call it by number.
Thanks:)
p.s. how do you guys post full size files? I can only go up to 39.1mb for attachments, and I KNOW you're doing something that I don't know aboot.

If I were a mountain climber, I'd wear the strongest color I could, so it would be easier for people to spot me out on the snow if I got lost or something. Red for example.
How did you color this? Did you cut the drawing on a layer and then changed the lower layer with different watercolors? It looks fine!

The textured colors are clones from another image file. Aside from #2, I found all of the textures in the Adobe Premiere 6.5 folder somewhere. I opened them in photoshop, used the clone tool (half for the top and bottom) and used the texture on a MULTIPLY layer beneath the line drawings.
So about the color,
Red? k.

Hm- my personal opinion- I'd go for a blaze orange- it's not there on your colors, but yes-a red would do fine too. As in animation snow is a very light blue, a bright red or orange would be my choice.
