We have both the large Cintiq and the Tablet animation disks. I work on neither. The animators work with a standard monitor and an Intuos. Mostly our storyboarders and Pre-pro artists work with them.
I do have a Tablet at home, and I love it. I don't like symbol animating with it, but I really love doing traditional animation on it in Flash with the bush tool. As well as just sketching in Flash or Sketchbook. On problem is if you're a hot keyer like me, then you need a second keyboard while in tablet mode.

Neat! Are you in it?

Just got mine in the mail. Funny piece.
That's not you on the can, is it?
Question:
What's in that disk?!?!? It doesn't look like a Cintiq. I've been drooling over that picture all morning....
Thanks...

Nope, it's not a Cintiq. It's a Toshisba Tablet PC that fits in a custom made animation disk. It's a great set-up. To bad the picture is blury or you could get a better look at it.
Oh, and no, I'm not the one on the can. :D

So how do you find working with the tablet PC?
How do find you working with the tablet PC as compared to a cintiq (I've used neither)?
