I'm working on a little animated pop-up ad for a used car dealership. I've gotten as far as this rough pencil test:

...and now they're saying, "we might like it just like that; so would you charge less if we used it that way?"
It's starting to make me nervous that I'm going to get paid at all--I don't think they asked for aesthetic reasons. (I've already had some deadbeat client trouble this month. Times are tough.) I really hope they pay me to finish it. I like how it's coming out. (of course, I'll probably just end up finishing it anyway for my reel.)
