Here's a little faux-1930's style video I did to introduce my new character, Fester Fish:

I did it in Flash (obviously), and then added some effects over it in Premiere Elements. In the actual cartoon, the backgrounds were done in Photoshop.
Fester Fish is great. It has a vintage look and style to it. Great fun.
