Introducing Fester Fish, Cartoon Sensation

Here's a little faux-1930's style video I did to introduce my new character, Fester Fish:

I did it in Flash (obviously), and then added some effects over it in Premiere Elements. In the actual cartoon, the backgrounds were done in Photoshop.
