Websites

Hi, I just graduated from college and I don't have a website to put my stuff! Stuff= portfolio pieces, my thesis project, and story board animatics.
1) I need to build a website that is easy to put together (I know nothing about the subject) and easy to navigate by users.
2) Are there any video websites out there that can support HD format videos that are free of cost? If I have to pay money, I'm willing to, but I'm also very poor :(
