Ok, this video is not about animation but about the game industry. My thinking is that there are a lot of people here who are in this industry or wont to be.

There are three talks that came out of the DICE conference that were interesting. The main thing about all of them is that they were all motivation. From the sound of them, they have a fear that the market might going into a down turn. No one said that but that was the feeling I came away with.
