I need some advice on animation studies

Hello there AWN community;
I'm a new user here, and unfortunately I have some problems on deciding the best route on which to take, based on the animation and arts, to be more specific.
I didn't end up my studies here in my Portugal, so I'd like to go to an university in London that could bright my mind with arts and traditional animation, as I'm eager to learn and to "breathe" art.
I've been searching for some universities in different places, but I don't know which one is more suitable to me, based on my expectations!
So I posted this message, to receive some advice by anyone who is studying in London, to give me some detailed information on this matter.
I also realized that the studies would be kind of expensive, but I feel like I'm losing time with each week passing by being demotivated.. so I need to go somewhere stable to study, in London, beause I got my mind pretty much set on it, that is.
Any help is appreciated!
Sorry for my english
and thanks in advance. :)

Hello Ufo tofU, find out information about Academy of ART University of San Fransisco. I have heard a lot about this university,it is very good.Find out whether it is suitable for you or not.

Read this article for more details.

I'm sorry for my late response on this important matter, and thanks for the suggestions; I'm an undergraduate student with some (mediocre) animation knowledge and general arts. My main objective is to find a university in London, regarding arts (in general) and traditional animation. I am also awared that traditional art is a very important matter on 2D animation, and that it needs to get worked overtime. At this very stage, I'd like to know something about storyboards, scenery and landscape painting, as well as many other things I can relate the arts with the animation.
Thanks, any further help is highly appreciated

hi there,
there are quite a lot of places that offer animation courses in england. (I'm doing one at the moment). If you are a postgraduate you could go to the london royal college of arts. if you are an undergraduate you could go to various unis such as west-england, hertfordshire, solent, bournemouth and some others. As far as i know there are only one or two in london itself. Good luck
