Course vs Online Tutorials?

I am studying at the moment, and although not a very great
course, I am still learning a little at school.

I am one for the hands on approach and dont like reading books
or online tutorials.

I would love to find Video Tutorials but I am having a hard time
finding anything on Flash or 3D :(

Anyway, what do you guys think is best, a proper course and
degree or the do it yourself online tutorial way?

Your question has to be the number one question asked, well maybe number two. :D You may get a responce, but if the answers are not enough, be sure to do a search.

As for finding video, I know how you fill. There are a number of subjects that I would love to find video on, but my search has given me a big goose egg. On the brite side I found this for you.
