stop motion of a book - ideas?

Hi,
I need to create a stop motion animation of a book flipping pages by itself. i use a stills camera and final cut pro.

Any ideas how to manage flipping the pages smoothly?
Should i use a rig of some sort? and how can i easily remove the rig from the frames?
Is there an easier solution?

Hi,
hope i understood your question correctly.
I need to present the book in a clean fashion.

I made some test shots having the book placed on a glass table, the camera is from the viewpoint of a person standing in front of the table..
