Can 2D animators please look at my work and critique this lip sync test i did for the 11 second club competiton. Although I am happy that I finnished it due to my job and eveything There are many things wrong with it such as the character being 'unstabe' and off model on some cases. If guys can critique this and give me tips to improve I will be really grateful, thank you.

Wish I had hand-drawn skills, if it weren't for vector I'd be outa luck.. Very nice though...
The only way to get that skill is to drawn. You could post something here every week so we can follow your progress.
