For your first one it's pretty good, but the limbs are pretty stiff looking. Dont be afraid to make it look livley! Also maybe make it shorter? Cut down a bit on the extra. I prefer traditional animation like on my own yt channel but sfm is fine too i guess.
you have a backwards view of animation. which comes from using bones to make solid object move. which is really a simulation. in actual animation the object does not move. you make it appear to move.
In your 3d program. draw the same motion using lines you want the character to do. draw the charcter going thru the motions until you get the timing right. then have your actual 3d character. use those poses and timing for his actions
