An anime is pretty hard to make, especially for free. Are you talking about a series? A short? How long is the short? How long is each episode? What anime is it - action-focused, drama, comedy?
I think putting even a little bit of info here (doesn't have to be all) would help a lot. Especially if you want advice :)
