IFFR returns to Rotterdam with its commitment to support and promote independent filmmaking by talented new artists.
International Film Festival Rotterdam represents the strength and impact of independent film, filmmakers and film-related art. Each year the festival includes more than 500 feature, mid-length, and short films from dozens of countries. Always a huge draw for industry veterans and newcomers alike, last year’s festival saw over 320,000 admissions with thousands consisting of film professionals.
Attendees can expect to see a high-quality line-up of carefully selected fiction and documentary feature films, short films and media art. The festival's focus is on recent work by talented new filmmakers.
