5th Seoul International Cartoon & Animation Festival - SICAF 2001

Established in 1995, the Seoul International Cartoon & Animation Festival (SICAF) became biennial in 1999. In addition to the official competition, the festival features screenings, exhibitions and special events such as the SICAF Project Promotion, where investors, producers and distributors will be able to meet to discuss co-productions. Categories for competition include: features, shorts, TV/video specials, TV/video series, commercials, music videos, TV idents, pilots, students and graduation films and Internet animation. Cash prizes range from $1,500 to $6,000 (Grand Prize).
