Gaming firm TwelveJ is hosting Ed Hook's "Acting for Animators" workshop, in which Hooks explains seven essential acting principles, focusing on the connections between thinking, emotion and physical movement. He discusses the importance of empathy in acting and tells how to achieve it in animation.
The workshop will run from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm at the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), located at 66 Portland Place, London W1B 1AD. Cost is 350 GBP per person for groups of 1-3 animators and 275 GBP for groups four and up.
