The organizers would like to announce the third edition of "AniFestRozafa 2012" Event. The International Festive Event of animated film for children and by children will be held in the city of Shkodra, Albania during the period September 23- 30, 2012. The organizers of the International Festive Event of animated film are experienced creators in this genre of film and are happy to invite colleagues to participate by sending their films to our festival.
The Festive Event “AniFestROZAFA 2012” will be contest of artistic values both in the official competition section and in the presenting section of international animated films for children, that of international films made by children themselves, as well as films made by students from international schools of animation. The assessment of the artistic values will be made by an international jury and by a special jury composed of 30 children from different ages.

Animated films that are to be presented in this International Festive Event must be produced after January 1st, 2010.
Honorable colleagues who wish to participate in the International Festive Event are notified that the online registration, based on the regulation, starts on February 1st, 2012 (01. 02.2012).
