Bangkok Film Festival 2005

The Bangkok Film Festival, coming off its most successful year ever in 2004, reaching its goal of 100,000 attendees, was reinvigorated by adding competitive film categories and sections for the first time and by bringing back the film market. Some 150 films will be selected in various categories: International competition, ASEAN Competition, a selection of feature length documentaries, Asian Short Films, a collection of Thai cinema and more than 75 films in the Windows of the World section.

As last year, the film market will run concurrently with the festival from Jan. 17
