A call to all animators in NY. COME OUT AND PLAY!!! Friday, May 19th, at 2:00 pm there will be a race for one NYC block (corner to corner) to see whose the fastest animator in NY, and the whackiest! Participants can come as they are, or they can come in a silly costume and race(there will be two races if there are enough of both) for charity. Entry into the race is $10 w/o costume, $5 w a costume, and all money raised is being donated to Free Arts; a non-profit organization that runs creative arts programs for children suffering from abuse, neglect, poverty, HIV/AIDS. After the race we will meet at a location TBA later for the awards ceremony(that's right! we got awards and prizes for the runners :) Coffee and cigarettes will be provided after the race.
