Fredrikstad Animation Festival 2023

This year's festival will present the best and latest within Nordic-Baltic and international animation, running October 19-22.

Fredrikstad Animation Festival is a leading animation event in the Nordic region. One of the cornerstones of the festival is the Nordic-Baltic animated short film competition. The festival is a professional arena for the animation industry, as well as an important event for students and educational institutions within animation, graphic design, and digital media production.Each year the event hosts top animation industry professionals who participate in seminars and lectures.

Fredrikstad Animation Festival (FAF) is organized by Norsk Animasjonsforum.

The object of the festival is to promote the screening of animation and increase the awareness of animated expressions in the Nordic-Baltic countries. FAF will be held from October 19-22 and more information about the event can be found on their website.
