Games industry educational provider TwelveJ announced Pixar Artist Jeremy Vickery as guest lecturer for its next event entitled "Digital Lighting & Practical Colour."
Jeremy Vickery worked at Pixar on films including THE INCREDIBLES, CARS, RATATOUILLE and WALL-E. Vickery will share some of the secrets, techniques and experiences from over a decade spent in creating 3D modeling textures and lighting, film effects, matte painting and concept art.
The event will also feature speakers from Geomerics discussing how Vickery's ideas can be practically implemented in games.
"Digital Lighting & Practical Colour" will be in Liverpool on October 16 and London on October 17 from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The cost is 160 pounds (plus tax) per person.
