SHORTS SPOT: EVAN MATHERTuesday, April 16, 7:30PM Plestcheeff Auditorium, Seattle Art Museum 100 University Street, Seattle "Distinguishing Features", a monthly series identifying the Northwest's finest filmmakers presented by The Warren Report, will host an evening of acclaimed short film work by Evan Mather (www.Evanmather.com). Award winning films including "Fansom the Lizard", "Airplane Glue", "Godzilla Versus Disco Lando" and his recent animated video for Aimee Mann, "Red Vines", will be screened. Closing the program will be a screening of a rough cut of the latest collaboration between Kirk Hostetter and Evan Mather, "Icarus of Pittsburgh". Screening will be followed by a reception for the filmmaker, open to the public, at The Alibi Room.
