Adam Brody, Marley Shelton and Erik Knudsen have been cast in Wes Craven's SCREAM 4, reports HEAT VISION. Brody (JENNIFER'S BODY) plays a rookie cop obsessed with the TV series CSI. Shelton (GRINDHOUSE) replaces Lake Bell as the slightly off cop who attended high school with Neve Campbell's Sidney. Knudsen (YOUTH IN REVOLT) takes on the new "Jamie Kennedy" as the horror film obsessed comic relief.
The trio joins Campbell, David Arquette and Courteney Cox, Emma Roberts, Hayden Panettiere, Rory Culkin and Nico Tortorella.
The script was penned by the franchise's original scribe Kevin Williamson.
Production started this week in Michigan.
