Join us for a rare opportunity to spend the day with award winning animator, director and educator, Larry Lauria. Lauria's experience spans more than 30 years in the industry and includes being the former head of animation at the Disney Institute, teacher and co-coordinator of the animation program at Ireland's Ballyfermot College and moderator at AWN. The workshop is June 18, 2008, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Location is the Johnson Center, third floor, room D George Mason University, Fairfax, Virginia. Buffet lunch and beverages will be provided. Cost for the workshop is $100; $50 for students (with valid ID). Registration is required since space is limited. Come with a passion and desire to learn and be prepared to draw and participate in an open and interactive setting. Bring drawing materials (pencils, paper, erasers) and casual attire -- Hawaiian shirts optional.
