Greg Berlanti (GREEN LANTERN), Dan Mazeau (THE FLASH) and David Leslie Johnson (RED RIDING HOOD) devised a treatment with Mazeau and Johnson penning the script.
Sam Worthington and Gemma Arterton are expected to return.
