beIN, Studio 100 Launch New beJunior Channel

Co-branded channel for the Middle East and North Africa region will broadcast programs from Studio 100’s extensive library of classics as well as modern CG series ‘Maya the Bee,’ ‘Vic the Viking’ and ‘Heidi.’

MUNICH -- Studio 100 Media has announced their plan to create, supply and schedule a co-branded channel for the Middle East and North Africa region. The new channel beJunior will be available exclusively for pay TV subscribers of the beIN MEDIA GROUP and is targeted at both child and family audiences. Studio 100 Media will provide the air set up of beJunior including on-air designs as well as the scheduling and program supply. Based on the concept of Studio 100’s Junior pay TV channel in Germany, Switzerland and Austria the new channel will broadcast programs from Studio 100’s extensive library of classics as well as modern CGI series’ Maya the Bee, Vic the Viking and Heidi. Future program highlights will include the upcoming CGI series’ The Wild Adventures of Blinky Bill, Nils Holgersson and Arthur and the Minimoys which Studio 100 Media will be presenting at this year’s MIPTV. The channel launches on April, 1st 2016.
