biscuit Tackles Super Bowl XLVII Spots

Tim Godsall, Mike Maguire, Noam Murro, Aaron Stoller, Clay Weiner and Andreas Nilsson direct spots for top brands.

Los Angeles, CA – biscuit filmworks directors created some of the most memorable spots of the game for this year’s NFL Super Bowl. Promoting some of the world’s top brands including Taco Bell, GoDaddy.com, Budweiser, Axe, Pepsi and Foot Locker, biscuit directors reached over 100 million viewers across the U.S. alone in this annual showcase for the hottest ads of the year.

Director Noam Murro captured the effervescent, young-at-heart spirit of a group of seniors for Taco Bell’s feel good spot “Viva Young” via Deutsch NY. Additionally, Murro’s “Grande Papi” spot – featuring both swaddled babies and swaddled burritos – aired during the NFL pre-game show. Tim Godsall proved once again that nothing beats an astronaut – ever – in new Axe spot “Lifeguard” via BBH London. Mike Maguire directed two spots for GoDaddy.com via agency Deutsch NY, vividly indulging every geek’s fantasy with help from supermodel Bar Refaeli in “Perfect Match,” and reminding entrepreneurs to lock down their unique business ideas in “Your Big Idea.co.” Clay Weiner threw an epic rager for Pepsi Next with “Party” via TBWA\Chiat\Day LA. Aaron Stoller’s Foot Locker spot “Mirror” via BBDO NY, which aired during the big game exclusively in New York markets, featured basketball stars James Harden and Kris Humphries and showed what can happen if you don’t rock the freshest kicks. And Andreas Nilsson installed synchronized game lights for hockey fans in Budweiser’s “Perfect Timing” via Anomaly Toronto, which aired exclusively in Canada.

“We’re proud that our directors continue to be selected by top agencies and brands to deliver work for the year’s most high profile advertising platform,” said Shawn Lacy, Managing Director, biscuit filmworks. “I love all of these directors like family and am excited about this amazingly varied selection of funny, quirky, and uplifting work.”
