ARC Entertainment and XLrator Media are set to distribute John Carpenter's latest horror flick THE WARD in the U.S., according to The Hollywood Reporter. The 1960s-set thriller finds a young woman institutionalized in an asylum plagued by a mysterious force. Film stars Amber Heard, Mamie Gumner, Danielle Panabaker, Lyndsy Fonseca and Jared Harris. Doug Mankoff, Andrew Spaulding, Mike Marcus, Peter Block are the producers.
