Catch All the Oscar Nominated Shorts at the Academy Screening

Academy's Annual Short Films ScreeningBeverly Hills, California, USAMay 7, 2004

All of the films nominated in the live-action and animated short films categories for the 76th Academy Awards will be presented on the big screen of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences' Samuel Goldwyn Theater beginning at 7:30 pm. Academy Award-winning filmmaker John Lasseter will introduce the films and lead discussion with the 2003 live-action category winners, Aaron Schneider and Andrew J. Sacks. This annual screening of Academy-recognized short films is presented as part of the Gold Standard series.

Tickets for the shorts program are $5 for the general public and $3 for Academy members. They may be purchased in advance at the Academy during regular business hours, by mail, or if still available, on the night of the event when the doors open at 6:30 p.m. The Academy is located at 8949 Wilshire Boulevard in Beverly Hills.
