In the film, Stark faces a new villain, The Mandarin (played by Ben Kingsley), who has Stark, his company and his lavish lifestyle in the crosshairs. No one is safe, including Stark’s beloved Pepper Potts (Gwyneth Paltrow).
“Some people call me a terrorist, I consider myself a teacher. Lesson number one: Heroes. There is no such thing,” the Mandarin can be heard saying as Stark’s home and suits are blown up.
Iron Man 3, directed by Shane Black, will be released on May 3, 2013, and also stars Don Cheadle, Rebecca Hall, Jon Favreau (executive producer) and Guy Pearce.
