Neil Patrick Harris is the second newcomer confirmed to appear in the fourth ‘Matrix’ installment, with Lana Wachowski at the helm, starting production in 2020.
Every Doogie has his day; as part of a series of fortunate events, Neil Patrick Harris will trade his lab coat for a leather trench in the fourth Matrix installment currently in development at Warner Bros. Lana Wachowski will write and direct sans her sister, and previous Matrix partner, Lily Wachowski. Also returning to the film are Keanu Reeves and Carrie-Anne Moss, despite their supposed demise in Matrix Revolutions. They will be joined by newcomer Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, who is rumored to be a young Morpheus. Production is set to begin in 2020.
