Deleted scene shows Hiccup teach Eret that dragons and humans can be friends after all.
In support of the home entertainment release of this year’s blockbuster hit How to Train Your Dragon 2, DreamWorks Animation has released a deleted scene -- in rarely-seen “story reel” format -- from the film.
The clip comes via DreamWorksTV with an introduction from pint-sized correspondent Dusan Brown, AKA Dusseldor the Viking. In the scene, Hiccup teaches Eret that dragons (like Toothless) and humans can be friends after all. Watch it in the player below:
Other animated offerings from DreamWorks TV include Gorillaville, a punny slapstick comedy by Ron Yavnieli centering around three gorillas who wreak havoc, perpetually disturbing the peace in their otherwise idyllic wildlife preserve; vlogs from DreamWorks Animation favorites Po, Shrek and Puss in Boots; and even a degree-holding fierce feline on Fifi, the Cat Therapist.
How To Train Your Dragon 2 is available via digital download on October 21st as well the full DVD/Blu Ray release on November 11th.
