Award-winning executive producer has worked with prominent directors including Traktor, Nicolai Fuglsig, Jake Scott, Stacy Wall, Dante Ariola and Harold Einstein on campaigns for leading brands such as Nike, Budweiser, Adidas, Target and Coca-Cola.
MPC has announced that Jo Arghiris has joined its Los Angeles studio as executive producer for VFX. In her new role Arghiris will work closely with managing director Andrew Bell and alongside executive producer Elexis Stearn to build and strengthen client relationships, oversee operations and manage production teams.
“Jo’s appointment will continue MPC’s reputation for high-end VFX while setting the forward trajectory for our expanding business,” said Bell. “Her unique global perspective and extensive knowledge of every facet of production, as well as a solid track record in business development makes her a perfect addition to MPC.”
Arghiris began her career in production at MPC in London and has over 15 years of VFX advertising experience. Before rejoining MPC, Arghiris has risen through the ranks at The Mill working across London, New York, and most recently Los Angeles as an executive producer where she has led projects with leading agencies, including Deutsch, Goodby Silverstein & Partners, 180LA, Wieden+Kennedy and TBWA Chiat Day.
Over the course of her career, Arghiris’ work has garnered prestigious awards, including a Silver Lion at Cannes, two Yellow Pencils at D&AD, a Gold CLIO and a Gold at the One Show, among others. Her wealth of experience working with prominent directors, including Traktor, Nicolai Fuglsig, Jake Scott, Stacy Wall, Dante Ariola, Harold Einstein, and Jim Jenkins on campaigns for leading brands such as Nike, Budweiser, Adidas, Target, and Coca-Cola has led her to establish a stellar reputation within the creative production world. Notably, Jo has been instrumental in award-winning projects, including Tooheys’ “The Quest” directed by Garth Davis at Exit Films, and PlayStation “Greatness Awaits” directed by Rupert Sanders at MJZ.
