EuroMedCafe is hosting its second short film contest for the Web on the theme of intercultural dialogue. Three prizes of 4,000 euros will be awarded. Jean-Claude Carrière, Amin Maalouf, Youssef Chahine, Predrag Matvejevic, Enzo Monteleone, Yamina Benguigui, Ahmed El Attar provide the texts for the inspiration. The deadline to present the synopsis is October 3, 2005. The authors will have until December 31, 2005 to realize the short film. Ten prizes of 500 euros will be awarded to already realized short films on intercultural dialogue. The deadline to present the films is October 31, 2005.
