HEAT VISION BLOG has confirmed that Marvel Studios is now looking at four actors who are reading for the lead role in THE FIRST AVENGER: CAPTAIN AMERICA.
The lineup includes Wilson Bethel (GENERATION KILL), Mike Vogel (CLOVERFIELD), Chris Evans (FANTASTIC FOUR) and Garrett Hedlund (upcoming TRON LEGACY).
The highly coveted part calls for a nine-picture deal. THE FIRST AVENGER: CAPTAIN AMERICA is scheduled to hit theaters July 22, 2011.
