Hulu Nabs Bejuba’s ‘Ruff-Ruff, Tweet and Dave’

Streaming platform picks up exclusive U.S. video-on-demand streaming rights for season one of Bejuba Entertainment’s preschool series commissioned by Sprout in the U.S. and CBEEBIES in the U.K.

TORONTO, ON -- The exclusive US SVOD rights for S1 of Ruff-Ruff, Tweet and Dave have been acquired by Hulu, announced Tatiana Kober of Bejuba! Entertainment. The first season (26 x half hours/52 x11 minutes) of Ruff-Ruff, Tweet and Dave, a pre- school series produced by Collingwood and Co, Sparky Entertainment and Bejuba! was commissioned by Sprout in the US and CBEEBIES in the UK.

The series focuses on Ruff-Ruff a dog, Tweet a chick, and Dave a Panda, as they go on adventures with their guide Hatty the Hamster. The series has sold very well internationally and rated very highly on Sprout in the US. The show is in production of its second series to be delivered early next year.

“Hulu was the right platform for Ruff-Ruff, Tweet and Dave, and we’re excited by the enthusiasm the team at Hulu have shown for the property,” remarked Tatiana.
