Top titles from Nickelodeon -- including ‘Invader Zim,’ ‘The Ren & Stimpy Show,’ ‘Drake & Josh’ and ‘Hey Arnold!’ -- to be made available for streaming on Hulu Kids.
Hulu announced that it has extended its relationship with Viacom to bring fan-favorite kids titles, comedy series and reality series from networks including Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, MTV, VH1, TVLand, Spike, BET and Logo to Hulu.
The new deal extends the 2011 agreement that made shows like The Daily Show with Jon Stewart and The Colbert Report top shows on Hulu with a wealth of kids content. The announcement was made on the Hulu blog by Hulu’s Senior Vice President & Head of Content, Craig Erwich.
“We will be adding top titles from Nickelodeon to our Hulu Kids offering that have never before been made available to stream on Hulu,” Erwich stated. “That means that, soon, viewers will be able to stream episodes of classic series such as Invader Zim, The Ren & Stimpy Show, Drake & Josh, Hey Arnold!, and many more.”
The streaming service will also be expanding its offering of Latino programming for kids by adding a handful of family-friendly Nickelodeon titles such as SpongeBob SquarePants and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in Spanish to Hulu.
All episodes will be added to Hulu over the next few weeks.
