Beginning his career as a Marketing Director in 1996, the EVP had a hand in the distribution and sales of some of the studio’s biggest franchises, including the DCU, ‘Harry Potter,’ ‘Game of Thrones,’ and ‘The Matrix.’
Brown began his career with Warner Bros. in 1996 as a Marketing Director, headquartering in London between 2001 and 2004 as a lead executive behind the successes of the Harry Potter, DC, and The Matrix franchises.
While Brown was responsible for physical media earlier in his career, he was a key player in the push towards the transition to digital and streaming for home entertainment. During his time as EVP and General Manager, he managed distribution of television content, including Warner Bros Television, Warner Bros. Animation, HBO, and Turner, as well as third parties such as BBC and Peanuts Worldwide.
