The MadCat Women's International Film Festival is accepting submissions for its 7th annual festival, which will take place in San Francisco, September 5-30, 2003. MadCat exhibits cutting-edge independent and experimental films directed or co-directed by women. MadCat accepts films and videos about any topic and do not give specific preference to work about women. Festival director Ariella Ben-Dov said MadCat accepts all genres of film and videos produced at any time. Deadline is June 4, 2003.
