Management Shake Up At TV-Loonland

TV-Loonland AG has announced that chief financial officer Dr. Carl Woebcken has left the company by mutual agreement as of June 30, 2002. TV-Loonland CEO, president and company founder Peter Völkle will assume the role of CFO until a suitable replacement can be found. Dr. Woebcken has agreed to assist in an advisory capacity for an interim period following his departure. In announcing the departure, Völkle thanked Dr. Woebcken for his valuable contribution to the company's success, particularly with regards to TV-Loonland's IPO in 2000, and the subsequent international expansion of operations. Earlier this year TV Loonland's director of programming John Bullivant left the company following the appointment of ex-Cinar Europe head David Ferguson to the newly-created position of chief operating officer.
