Veteran media executive brings three decades of industry experience to steer the company’s growth and innovation across film, television, animation, games and advertising.
Technicolor Group has announced the appointment of Marc-Antoine d’Halluin as chairman of the board of directors, following the board’s meeting on May 23, 2024. This appointment is a strategic move aimed at accelerating the Group’s three-pillar strategy, which focuses on talent, technology, and service expansion under the leadership of CEO Caroline Parot.
A veteran in the media and entertainment industry, d’Halluin, brings with him three decades of experience. His career includes significant leadership roles at prominent production organizations such as Asacha Media Group, which he co-founded, MBC Group, and Zodiak Media Group. His strategic vision and operational expertise have fueled growth across diverse and emerging markets in Europe and the Middle East.

d’Halluin has held various notable positions in the industry. Until recently, he served as vice chairman of Asacha Media Group, which he co-founded in 2020 and sold to Fremantle Media in 2024. He is also a board member of Moby Group and was the CEO of MBC Group in 2020, where he led the company’s strategic growth in the Middle East, including its successful pivot towards SVOD. Additionally, d’Halluin has held leadership roles at Showtime Arabia, OSN, Canal+ Nordic (C More Entertainment), and Fox Kids Europe. He began his career at Sony Pictures Entertainment.
