Michael Buettner Exiting m4e

HÖHENKIRCHEN/MUNICH, GERMANY -- Michael Buettner, CFO of the German brand management and media company m4e AG, has decided for personal reasons to not renew his contract beyond April 30, 2016. The agreements with Buettner stipulate that he will continue to accompany the company in an advisory capacity. As founding member, Buettner has been part of the management board of the company since 2003, and since its IPO in 2007 Chief Financial Officer of the m4e AG.

As of May 2, 2016, Buettner’s responsibilities in the company will be assumed by Mr. Johannes Walzer as commercial manager. Walzer comes from Refined Labs GmbH, a leading provider of performance marketing solutions located in Munich, where he also held the position of commercial manager and authorized officer.
