TeamTO taps licensing company, This is Iris, to spearhead marketing of the sophisticated and refined pug, Mike, in the UK.
TeamTO has joined forces with This is Iris to unleash Mighty Mike in the UK, launching on CITV and Cartoon Network’s Boomerang Channels. The agreement follows a publishing deal in Italy with Edizione Play Press, for sticker, coloring, magic coloring, and activity books. Other licensing agents taking Mike the pug across the globe include Surge Licensing (US), France Télévisions (France), and Uyoung (China), supported by performances on Universal Kids (US), CBC & Family Channel (Canada), Boomerang (EMEA, Asia Pacific, Latam), France Télévisions, ABC (Australia), Super RTL (Germany), and Tencent (China).
Mighty Mike stars a refined pug with sophisticated taste who longs for a quiet life but is forced to defend his house from a bunch of furry intruders and maddening pets. Raccoons, turtles and Fluffy the cat have a knack for showing up at the worst possible moment, dragging Mike into a series of outrageously funny twists and turns and making him miss yet another opportunity to impress Cindy, the neighbor’s elegant dog.
