Netflix has debuted the official trailer for the upcoming animated feature The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep.
Based on “Witcher” author Andrzej Sapkowski’s short story “A Little Sacrifice,” the film follows Geralt of Rivia on an investigation of attacks in a seaside village. He soon finds himself drawn into a centuries-old conflict between humans and merpeople and must count on friends -- old and new -- to solve the mystery before the hostilities between the two kingdoms escalate into all-out war.
Joey Batey and Anya Chalotra return from the live-action The Witcher series to voice Jaskier and Yennefer, respectively, with Christina Wren joining as the voice of Essi Daven. Doug Cockle, the iconic voice of the Witcher video games, returns to voice Geralt of Rivia.
Kang Hei Chul directs from a script by Mike Ostrowski and Rae Benjamin, while renowned Studio MIR (The Legend of Korra and Netflix's Voltron: Legendary Defender) animates.
Mike Ostrowski, Tomek Bagiński & Jarosław Sawko (Platige), and Jason F Brown & Sean Daniel (Hivemind) executive produce alongside co-executive producer Rae Benjamin. Lauren Schmidt Hissrich produces.
The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep hits Netflix on February 11th, 2025.
