New 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' Trailer Released

A new trailer and four new character posters are released for the ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ live-action reboot directed by Jonathan Liebesman and produced by Michael Bay.

A new trailer and four new character posters have been released for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles live-action reboot, due in theaters this summer.

The new trailer was released on the heels of a social media campaign that encouraged fans to tweet the name of their favorite Ninja Turtle in order to unlock new character posters for the upcoming summer film. Fans were also promised the release of the new trailer once the fourth poster was unlocked.

A co-production between Paramount and Nickelodeon, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is directed by Jonathan Liebesman and produced by Michael Bay. The franchise reboot arrives in theaters August 8.

The city needs heroes. Darkness has settled over New York City as Shredder and his evil Foot Clan have an iron grip on everything from the police to the politicians. The future is grim until four unlikely outcast brothers rise from the sewers and discover their destiny as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The Turtles must work with fearless reporter April and her wise-cracking cameraman Vern Fenwick to save the city and unravel Shredder’s diabolical plan.
