Studio Ghibli and LOEWE Partner for ‘Howl’s Moving Castle’ Collection

The final collaboration between the beloved animation studio and luxury designer will feature images and inspiration from Hayao Miyazaki’s favorite creation.

Ready to show your animation pride with a snazzy get-up? Prior collaborators Studio Ghibli and high-end designer LOEWE have partnered one last time for a line of clothes, bags, and accessories inspired by Howl’s Moving Castle, Hayao Miyazaki’s favorite creation. Previously, the pair teamed for collections inspired by My Neighbor Totoro and Spirited Away, which was so sought after that eager buyers crashed the LOEWE website.

Studio Ghibli took to Twitter to tease and preview many of the upcoming lux accessories. Featured in the new collection are likenesses of Howl, the Witch of the Waste, Kakashi no Kabu, Markl in disguise, everyone’s favorite flame Calcifer (in orange and blue!), and more.

Interested buyers (with a large pile of coin) can may sign up for the pre-sale February 1, while the official collection launches on February 2.
