The Syndicate Adds Vfx Supervisor Kevin Prendiville

Kevin Prendiville, former visual effects supervisor at Ring of Fire, has joined The Syndicate as the studio's new VFX supervisor and lead flame artist. Previously, Prendiville was the Henry artist at Hollywood-based visual effects house Novocom, where he worked on commercials for Discover Card, AT&T, Miller Lite, Chevy Blazer, Levis, Allsport and Mountain Dew. His music video work at Novocom included clips for Michael Jackson and Lenny Kravitz, and a special effects heavy Garth Brooks track that won the Country Music video of the year award in 1995. After a stint at View Studios, Prendiville joined Ring of Fire in 1997, where he worked on numerous automotive campaigns, including Saturn, Toyota, Ford, Honda and Acura; and on spots for Sony Playstation, Budweiser, Coors, The Gap, Tech TV, Showtime, Visa, Apple and Canon. Among his favorite music video credits are clips for Korn, Ricky Martin, Jennifer Lopez and the Backstreet Boys. Prendiville just completed his first project for The Syndicate, the J. Lo and LL Cool J music video "All I Have," for director Dave Myers. The Syndicate is a Santa Monica, California-based VFX and telecine studio specializing in all aspects of final picture delivery, compositing and CGI for commercials and music videos, and hi-resolution color correction for feature films.
