Animation and creative solutions company, Synergy Images, has announced that it would be partnering with Australia's Edith Cowan University, to offer its employees a masters degree in interactive multimedia technologies, reports CYBERMEDIA NEWS.
Synergy president/ceo, Malini Subrahmaniam said, "This master's degree would enable us to have a world class animation team in our company."
The company's clientele consists of Indian companies who need animation for films and TV commercials, Web design, multimedia and e-learning solutions. The company has a 100-member team and one of its main projects is a 3D animation film, which would be released next year.
Subrahmaniam added, "The animation industry is witnessing tremendous growth and Synergy Images is looking to be a global player in the industry and this education initiative is an opportunity to invest in the latent talent pool that exists in India."
Synergy Images previously set up a relationship with Dr. Mahalingam College of Engineering and Technology, Pollachi, to provide guidance for employees who sign up for courses.
