The Museum of Modern Art will be screening Irra Verbitsky's film FLASHBACKS FROM MY PAST: STARRY NIGHT. The film is about Irra's personal experiences as a child in Russia. It includes artwork by her father Eugene Verbitsky from 1932, done for Kinofabrica in Kiev. It begins and ends with Irra Verbitsky's oil paintings with an animated seagull, which represent her life today.
